I had an issue with a refund that went…
I had an issue with a refund that went on for months without resolution! The customer service team was rude and unresponsive! I kept getting the runaround and different answers every time I called to get an update on when I would receive my refund. They were highly unprofessional as well!

Well, I just got my first settlement. So that’s exciting. I’m confident the next settlement will come soon. I’m just so glad that I’m on the road to fixing my credit and I’m happy to have Level One Law be there, helping me every step of the way. Every time I reach out they’re always right there to help me. The journey has been smooth!.
