Sorry that I just now went to the BBB site. On here there were many positive reviews but I guess they were paid for! I called once to ask where my money was going and was told I could cancel my contract. At that point I had already paid them $7000 and nothing was happening with any of my accounts. At this point, one year after signing up, I have one account that has been negotiated. I have received a court summons that has to be answered in fifteen days. As of today it has been 10 days, I have heard nothing from them and guess I am going to have to go to court myself with no representation. I have spent 90 minutes so far today listening to "Hold on I'm coming". I guess this is supposed to be funny, but I am about to lose my home! Go to the BBB before sighing up! After writing this review, coincidently, someone answered the phone. A very nice lady reviewed the summons I had forwarded to them and said that a lawyer had not had time to review the paperwork yet and that I was essentially on my own. So I will go to court, with all my paperwork and hope for the leniency of the court.

The program is okay, but there’s pros and cons in every situation. My credit was damaged. I haven’t experienced such ever. I can’t wait to repair my credit.

Would like to have more communication from them on a regular basis.

I was called twice and asked the same questions for the same transaction that had not been cleared from a previous dialogue. This occurred during the holiday season, right before I was about to leave on vacation. It was upsetting to find out that I owed money as a result of a settlement in addition to the money that I am currently paying to the company; but more upsetting was that the company didn't seem to know that I had already been contacted. This how interaction has caused me to distrust my decision to have them settle my accounts.

I would like to have updates as to where you are with the process of my accounts at least every month.

The communication was great at beginning but I’ve called emailed and asked for call back only to get please call the same number that couldn’t answer my questions the first time. My rep who promised to be with me through it all stopped returning my calls and stopped responding to my emails. Not happy

Very simply: I send a letter, through your site on the 5th of December, agreeing to pay Truist/Suntrust on one of the card. On the 6th I got two emails asking to take a decision, and on the 7th, 3 more. I understanding that your system is automatized, but it is a bit annoying nonetheless. Otherwise, I don't have to many thing to complain about, except about pressured, to take a loan, which I cannot do now, especially at the rate it was proposed, basically the same as some cards I am trying to pay. I did found that a bit disappointing, unexpected, and a bit pushy. A much lower interest rate would have been more logical and certainly more helpful. Some greedy cards when they felt that I was in trouble because I was just paying the minimum every months, in their generous mental sickness, raised my interest rate, a few up to 5 points. I was kind enough not to file bankruptcy, because it is not in my genes, but sometimes, I regret. Perhaps the CEO schmock at Chase, making 90K A DAY, could loan me some. That should not change his lifestyle, too painfully. Have a very pleasant day and wonderful Holidays
