I found Level8 in the fall of 2024 when looking for a hardside carryon spinner type suitcase that had the more internal room. Level8 accomplished this by locating the telescoping handle stanchions in the back corners, versus toward the center as the majority of other manufactures do. I wear men’s size 13 shoes, which actually fit in pair directly above the wheels. I needed an additional check bag for an upcoming trip and I had no hesitation in choosing Level8 based on the phenomenal performance of my carry-on version. I ended up needing the assistance of customer service for this second order and I found them to be quick to respond via email. The customer service associate that I worked with was great in outlining the process and seeing through the outcome. I’ll likely end up gifting some of my Level8 luggage to my kiddos and I’ll have no hesitation in purchasing from this great company again in the future.

I’m extremely happy with my Level8 suitcase. The design is clean, elegant and beautifully simple, and the overall construction feels very sturdy and durable. The zipper feels particularly strong, and the wheels are exceptional — incredibly smooth and comparable to what you would expect from much more expensive, top-tier luggage. I also had the opportunity to experience Level8’s customer service, and I was equally impressed. Communication was prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. Clarise was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Great design, excellent build quality and, most importantly, a company that genuinely cares about its customers. My experience with Level8 has been excellent, and I would absolutely recommend them. I think “comparable to what you would expect from much more expensive, top-tier luggage” is actually stronger than naming Rimowa. People reading it will understand exactly what you’re implying, while the entire review stays focused on Level8.

Well, due to a need to a contact to the service team, I have to say, exquisite is not good enough to discribe it. The suitcases are awesome and the team is not less awesome. 10 frpm 10, all thunbs up! You can not do anything wrong woth level8!

Customer service has been great to work with. My partner has the Voyager bag, and I am excited to receive my replacement soon!

I looooove my Adventure-Case! It changed my traveling (this is a real review by the way:D) I could not be happier. I once had a problem with my case, and the quick support quick and friendly responses, and a stress free solution vor my problem made everything even better. Ive purchased the hegent 20” and 24” luggage. They’ve been great. Easy to roll and very durable. Been on trips around Asia,Europe and US with them and its been an amazing experience. Build quaility is impressive and looks very sophisticated. Dont scratch easily and no major damages on any flights ive been on. Had an issue with the locks, customer service sent a replacement right away. They have been great. Tusted brand!! I would buy another.
