Had an urgent issue with my delivery and reached out to their team who investigated and responded super quick. Probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The Level 8 team deserves more praise for this level of service. If you are thinking of placing an order with these guys you're in good hands, thank you so much

Bought an aluminium carry on nearly a year ago. It must have been on 30 flights and is still going strong. Looks and works great. My only criticism is that the 'grey' looks a bit purple in some lights but not a big deal. My wife has a Rimowa and I prefer this.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered the 20 inch Freeloop 4 wheel suitcase, which is pricey but beautiful. I ordered using a discount code, which didn't apply after checkout. The company honoured it, once I emailed them and explained the issue. In addition, I was worried about it arriving in time for my trip, next week. However, they despatched my suitcase from the US to the UK really quickly, and I received it TODAY, 4 days after i ordered it. Also, I bought a protective cover for it not knowing the case comes with a protective cover, which was not only a pleasant surprise, but it was exactly what I originally wanted and ended up buying from. Amazon for more than $20. So qudos to Level 8. Whlst their suitcases are a little expensive, it is definitely worth investing in one as they're sturdy, beautiful and look and feel like they last.

Ordered two suitcases - one large, check-in bag and one carry-on. Both arrived promptly, suitably boxed up and in perfect condition. Clear that the suitcases are well made and have nice little touches like zipped pockets on the divider and a built-in lock. Capacity is huge and maximised for the size of each. Have had both for almost a year and taken them on a variety of trips including flights, cruise and train. Easy to move around, no damage despite rough handling and the bright yellow colour means it's easy to identify at baggage reclaim. Are they expensive for what you get? Probably a little. But definitely cheaper than having to keep buying cheaper cases that get damaged every few trips.
