Customer Service handling of 2 recent issues; while both were warranty, 1 was a brand-new purchase, the 2nd was on an older piece of luggage. Each handled promptly, respectively, and with the proper amount of expedience one would like to expect. And Level8 NEVER ceases to deliver. Can't wait to add to our luggage collection!

I bought a 3-piece set and unfortunately had a defect with a zipper on one of the items. The way Level8 handled this was amazing. I contacted support, and they offered to send me a brand-new replacement bag immediately. No headaches, just genuine willingness to help. It’s easy to find good looking luggage, but hard to find this level of integrity and service. I’m a customer for life now and will definitely buy more in the future.

I own the whole Luminous Textured 3 Piece Set in black and lover every piece. They are beautiful and roll effortlessly. I recently broke one of the handles and had no problem with the warranty replacement. Customer service was readily available and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this luggage!

I love my 26” Voyager suitcase, so I was pretty bummed when the back bumpers went missing after my last flight. I contacted the support team, told them about the issue, and they replied super quickly. After giving them the details of my case, they immediately arranged for the replacement parts to be sent out to me. I honestly have zero complaints — the support team was fast, helpful, and really friendly!

I've had my 28" Voyageur for about 2 years now. One of the caster wheels disappeared after over 100 flights. Customer service was very fast to confirm the claim and ship out a new wheel. Excellent response time and help. Stand up company and the bags are pretty tough to boot!
