Gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Cheap tat. The indestructible toy lasted less than 10 minutes. Offered a replacement. Why? What's the point when its cheap rubbish?!

I made the mistake of buying 2 x Indestructible Dog Toys from Lettuce Pets. My 12 month old German Shepherd put a couple of holes in Toy No. 1 within 5 minutes and it then found Toy No. 2 which took less than 5 minutes to hole. The quality of the product is very poor not worth the amount I paid, I've put in a request for refund direct with the company, if I don't hear back I will lodge a complaint with Paypal

Yes, at least my order arrived but Very very bad quality toy for the dog😑😭 In under a minute the toy was ripped😲 What a joke. I want my money back !!!!!!!

Too bad I have to give this 1 star as they truly don’t deserve it. I ordered the indestructible bear for the heaviest of chewers. NOT! Lasted my medium sized dog a total of 15 minutes and really only 5 minutes of good chewing play. Customer satisfaction guaranteed or they refund or send a new one. After I requested the refund they offered to replace which wouldn’t make sense since it was ruined immediately. So then they start trying to make a deal. Offered $5 refund then $7 now we’re at $10. I’ve said no to a refund, let alone a partial refund so why is so hard to understand that I want the 16.95 back and be done! They don’t honor their return policy so be prepared to just throw your money away on bad products that come from far away overseas and customer service that matches their products and policies. Good luck!

I purchase 2 unchewable bears and my dog destroyed them within 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and they said no that they would willing to send me another bear. Do not use this company. It took a long time forget it. And they do not hold up to their end of the deal.

Ordered an indestructible toy that said it has a life time warranty.. dog chewed it within 2 minutes. I have been continually emailing and sending fb messaging for 2.5 weeks and reply
