Buyer beware!! This is a scam. My package has been in a holding depot for over a month. I've contacted the company twice just to receive a "we're monitoring the situation" email that isn't even signed (just has [your name] at the end). They won't refund my money so at this point I'm just calling it a loss.

Goods not as advertised. Dog toy broke within five minutes despite apparently being indestructible having been made with ‘special’ material. Could not get refund from Lettuce pets but Barclaycard kindly refunded my payment. Total scam. Avoid.

Received yesterday their indestructible teddy says made with 3 layers of fabric, please don’t believe what they advertise, this is complete rubbish, within 5 minutes of coming out of packet destroyed by my staffy DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY get a £2 toy lasts same length of time!

This company is a scam don’t waste your money. They never send my order and when I emailed them they just kept telling me to look in different places. After emailing them 3 times they never replied and after a month and a half I never got my dog toy. All the other reviews say that their products suck so even if I got it I wouldn’t have been satisfied. This company sucks wish I could give them negative stars.

Cheap garbage, the Esslvyshop-BearTM For Heavy Chewers didn't last a day. The website is scammy too, redirects to a different domain, multiple company names cited, links disappear after a few weeks, multi-week shipping from China

- this company will offer to send an improved product, then small refunds which are an insult. Insist on a full refund as the only compromise! The ‘indestructible bear’ for heavy chewers is a complete misrepresentation of the product. It lasted approx 30 minutes before the arm was ripped off! This is a rubbish Chinese company masquerading as a British company. I am reporting to FB and I am reporting to trading standards .
