This company is fake! Do not order or give these crooks your money. The product never arrives and they refuse to refund your money or resend items.

Fake website. stay clear from it. Ordered dog dental gel, they never delivered, when I chased up they said the item was delivered, but didn't say where and guided to call a random number that doesn't exist. Gladly I paid with PayPal, so they refunded me my money.

Ordered light up ball and when it arrived the charging point was broken, made contact and sent pictures to show it was broken (either in transit or before it was dispatched) and offered another one. Second one arrived and it also doesn't work, contacted and asked for a refund to which they offered $10 which is way below what I paid for it in pounds, told to return the item but no address given and postage will be as expensive as the item, asked if they will pay for postage and no reply in a month. Disgraceful company who should hang their heads in shame.

Do not buy from this company, I never received my product, and they have ignored every attempt I’ve made to contact them!

Do not use this company I ordered a Dog toy and got a small ball for a cat and they except me to pay for the postage to send it back to china or I could keep it and they would give me £7 back when I paid £16 Do what I’ve Done clog up there email until they give you your money back

J’ai commandé deux doubles laisses, la première a tenu environ 3 semaines et, une des lanières s’est coincé dans l´enrouleur sans que je puisse faire quoi que ce soit pour la débloquer, j’ai donc pris la deuxième double laisse et l’ai à Maine utilisée 4 fois, le même jour, à la quatrième utilisation, une des lanières s’est rompue, toujours dans l’enrouler. J’ai envoyé un mail à lettucepets en leur expliquant et en leur demandant un remboursement. Le lendemain j’ai eu une réponse me proposant 20$ dollars à titre de dédommagement, j’ai répondu en leur demandant si c’était une blague et, je leur ai envoyé les photos des laisses pour qu’ils puissent voir que c’était irréparable. Le lendemain, un mail me demandant de renvoyer les laisses, en Chine pour qu’ils puissent me rembourser. Rien que le prix de l’envoi me coûterait les 3 quarts du prix des laisses que j’avais payées 53,9€ chacune. J’avais de toute manièrejeté les laisse après avoir reçu le mail me proposant 20$. Je trouve cette façon de faire très peu commerciale. Je déconseille l’achat de ces laisses qui ne valent pas le prix demandé.
