Indestructible dog bear toy ! I should have known ,if my boy can rip an xxl Kong ball apart th8s wouldn't last! 5 minutes literally ! Know have filling all over my lounge and I've had to take it away in case he gets the squeaker!!! Not good ,the only way it's indestructible is when your dog has no teeth🦷

Ordered a dog brush on Dec 31, 2024. Was notified later it was coming from China and they gave me a tracking number. I have checked it every few days. On Jan 28 I checked and it was listed as being in the Dallas Distribution center. I live outside of Dallas. So I kept checking. On Feb 1 I checked and it said the pkg had been delivered to my mailbox on Jan 23!!!!! There was never a delivery. I have taken screenshots of the tracking info and sent it to their Customer Service email almost daily. I get an automated response from Sophia giving me a link to track my order. ????? I get the same response every time. Now I get no reaction at all so I am starting with public review platforms. Yes, it was $20 but that is beside the point. This is fraud. I will be calling my bank next and I warned them I would be starting to do public reviews daily. Total scam! And there is no phone number on their web site! UPDATE: In less than 24 hours after posting my review both here and on FB, dear Sophia, The Head of Lettuce, emailed me. She had not responded to me for several days and I gave her warning I would be reviewing LettucePets. Again she started with ‘so sorry you are having issues tracking your order. Thank you for your patience. Here is the number for our local staff and here is another tracking number.’ The phone number ended up being to the Postmaster General. The new tracking number gave the same results I already had which I had sent to her repeatedly. I finally called my bank. I can’t say enough GREAT things about Frost Bank. I gave them all the details. They refunded the money to me before we were done talking! I said but you aren’t responsible for this! She said we take care of our customers. To this day, February 15, 2025, I have not received my order. But thank goodness for Frost!! So just another reminder, do NOT order from this fraudulent rotten online shop.

Have never gotten my products , fake company

It took a long time, coming from.China It did have a tracking #. Last entry said held at Post Office per customer's request, but that was not true. Some days later the mailman brought it but I had to pay the postage to get it and had already paid postage and handling. Mailman said they've had a lot of packages that customer has to pay,becoming a big problem. I won't order from them again,don't trust the site.

Was stupidly pulled in by an insta ad showing a great way to brush your dog’s teeth. It’s a very cheap plastic vial filled with what appears to be water. It’s certainly making zero difference to my dog’s teeth. What a rip. Will I never learn….

Order and delivery rapid. The promised “indestructible” dog chew toy is a complete scam. My puppy had the ears off in 10 minutes. In 24 hours both of the bears I ordered had been shredded. Squeaker out. Stuffing I’ll over the house. Customer service went silent after I asked about claiming on the guarantee.

Disappointed with LettucePets.com Product I ordered a product from LettucePets.com, thinking it was the original FurCobra. However, when the product arrived, I immediately realized it was a cheap knockoff.
