0 stars never use this company. Take payments never send items- then ignore you absolutely appalling

Puchased a rolliepet for an astronomical £18 inc P&P on 14/11/24 as a Christmas gift for my cats, by 7/1/25 it had stopped working after barely 2 weeks of use from Christmas Day!! Sent a polite request to replace the toy….as I didn’t want the money but another one -less than £10 everywhere else btw, totally ignored me 🤷🏻‍♂️so I gave it a month to give them time to recover from Christmas trade etc and 10/2/25 sent another stronger worded mail, and guess what blanked again. So thought it best I warn others of this company, who I add are selling on AMAZON….wonder what they would think? Guess I’ll find out when I drop them a line 😡😡😡

Ordered a tube of gel for my dogs teeth, it said buy 1 get 1 free but I only received 1. I have contacted them by email and their response was if you want to track your item here's a link to track it or if you have any other concerns to contact them. So they didn't even read their email and I have contacted them again but no response yet. I will keep emailing them until I get a response.

Advertised as ‘Buy 1 get 1 box free’ 2 pcs. When eventually arrives 2 weeks later, find 1 box with 2 toothpastes in. Yet advert shows 2 toothpastes in 1 box. Bordering on false advertising. When ordering you don't know where its coming from only when you tracking you see its coming from Yiwu, China. Advertised as 24/7 Professional help - as long as its not on a weekend. emails on Friday don't get answered until the next Tuesday.

Received mij package after a month tooth brushes with paste for dogs , buy one get one free , opened the packet nothing in it .

Ordered 1 MONTH ago. Still waiting for the good to be delivered. DO NOT BUYING ANYTHING. Apparently it is blocked at the border; mens there is something wrong with it. the costumer service replies like a child could do, I think is a robot. Several mail sent to have updates and same answer. DO NOT BUY ANITHING from them. they are located in China, therefore no control at all on your shipping.

It took my puppy 15 minutes to remove an ear and it looks like this won’t last any longer than other brands. Misleadingly advertising and I’m a bit embarrassed that I fell for it without checking the reviews first.

I received my indestructible bear 7 days ago and my dogs have already chewed through it! They’re cocker spaniels and not heavy chewers at all didn’t last a week. I would not recommend purchasing if your dog loves to play with toys as you’ll be buying again almost straight away
