I made an order for a dog brush with mister. I ordered it over 10 days ago. I have checked the tracker today and it says it was delivered. I have been in all day and there has been no delivery. I checked the doorstep to see if it was there, nothing. Evri who say they delivered the parcel have not provided any evidence that they delivered to my address. Usually in the form of a photo. Messaged lettuce pets and got a stock email back with another tracking alternative tracker. This is telling me that the item has not been posted yet. I usually check these things before I make an order. Serves me right. Totally a scam. I doubt I’ll see the item or my money. Should checked here first.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a steam brush for my Dog. 15 days later, nothing. No response from my emails. I reported to Paypal, they still haven't responded to Paypal's email!!!

I ordered MuzzleGlow Pet Oral Repair Gel on the 11/04/2025 and still after a couple of emails and no tracking shown or movement, this is a SCAM! Lesson learned, I will read the reviews before I order anything next time. It is disgusting this "company/ group of people" takes your hard earned money and not delivers. How much everyday are they earning from this?

This is not a "store" with inventory. This is purely a drop-ship website, probably run from China. They simply place the order with the manufacturer who then ships it whenever they want. 3 weeks for delivery is ridiculous. Customer service is nothing but pre-written responses. If you do decide to order make sure to use PayPal so you can quickly get a refund.

SCAMMERS!! Wish I read these reviews before buying the ‘Indestructible’ dog toy. My dog destroyed it in 2 minutes!!!
