I am an HR professional - accustomed to reviewing resumes and even giving tips to others. However, I came to a point where I recognized to get to the next level required a third party to get my resume and LinkedIn profile updated. I worked with Megan Trillo and she was excellent, detailed oriented and listened to my comments / concerns and tweaked my resume and cover letter accordingly. This is a collaborative process - yes you have to also do some work - there are several opportunities to give feedback and discuss what works or does not work for you. I re-iterate what the site says you know yourself best but having someone listen to you / your skills, accomplishments and abilities and represent them accurately certainly goes a long way. I have gotten a number of recruiters reaching out since the review and resume update and to be honest I have not yet fully implemented the Linkedin suggestions so no doubt things can only get better!

I purchased the Premium Package and worked with Marissa Lessman. Her first draft was of solid quality and a comprehensive understanding of my situation and career goals. The whole process went smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the final deliverables. I'm not saying it is 100% perfect as I still did some revisions by myself, but I love the structure and the selection of words in the deliverables. I know it is pricey but I think it is worth the investment.

I've been wanting to change career paths for awhile now and haven't had much luck until I decided that maybe my resume is the problem. I went with Let's Eat, Grandma and had Tori as my writer. WOW I am so happy with my resume and cover letter and more importantly it landed me the position I've always wanted. She did an amazing job and was quick to reply back to me during the revision part.
