Too much bs on their website and app . App online takes too long to load or navigate because of all that bs active content ie. marketing and options pop ups . Keep it simple stupids!! The phone app is a b to log into and cluttered with ads . App preferences are not stored for more than one search at a time!! Too many " sevices offered " and " want ads" reminiscent of that has been craigslist company . You guys even have ads embedded in the "item" pictures gallery ? LOL! FU letgo!!

This app gets 2 out of 5 stars from me!! I honestly believe that this site either uses bots or they pay people to keep you interested in using the app. I've had a few people that said that they wanted to purchase my merchandise but never came through. They will message you and rope you into a conversation just to go ghost.I recommend CAUTION when using this app because there's some sketchy things that people will try to pull as well.

Warning: continued use of this app may cause extreme anger and cursing and you won't get your stuff sold anyway. I tried to sell some things on here there search engines are horrible their chat systems don't work you can't message the guys that are interested in your stuff and then somehow they hacked my phone and disabled my keyboard so I couldn't send any messages to people that were messaging me I think somebody should either Sue this guy or make him get rid of his app because it's not worth anything

Terrible navigation set up. Can't find anything easily. EXTREMELY ANNOYING & even though I needed some stuff on there it's way to aggravating to even bother.

I tried selling a truck and they deleted is said it was against they’re practices I don’t understand but I’m deleting them I didn’t put a gun or anything up there so I don’t understand but oh well I’m done with them

This is by far the worst site for selling anything! Their search engine for finding items for sale is a joke, or I should say "not a joke at all" based on my experience searching for items I know are for sale by friends. But, when I enter the actual item, letgo shows me everything under the sun, not even in the same category specified!!! Unfortunately, "Offerup" is just as bad!!!! Going back to "eBay" which at least has a decent search engine.

Not happy with this app at all. I wish there was a way to weed out all the annoying people who like to say they want to buy something and never follow through... Or they will not show or show up way late. I waste more time answering people who aren't serious buyers. One time this lady had me go through my listings and she must have listed about 10 items.. I spent a lot of time going back and forth with her.. Then she said she didn't have any money and wanted to trade!! Really??!!! The serious buyers are few and far between. I wish they get a selling app that could screen the sellers and buyers more closely!!

I have had pretty good results on the site made some sells no complaints only problem i have ran into is alot of the people on there like to message u about buying something and then don't and waste your time but that's anywhere but I like the site
