Every one seems to think the word negotiable means 75% off listed price. It's ridiculous.

Horrible site. Absolute waste of time. Your ad will not be searchable. You will not be able to find it and customer service is completely useless. Also, their Messages will not load, so you will have to list your phone number or email address in the body of your ad. They will not do anything to fix this bug. Don't waste your time at Letgo.

I have used the feature it twice and it really doesn't feature it for 24 hours I still have 4 hours left and I can't even find my item don't bother buying it it doesn't work

Lousy site. Is all full of scammers who try to buy stuff and don't really come through. You spend more time dealing with scammers than selling items. Also wanting you basically give your stuff away. Waste of time.

You pay $2.99 for a 24 hour bump to the top of the list. But what happens is any new, unpaid listings will still get priority.. so YOU pay and other people who don’t pay will push your listing right back down into the abyss. Depending on the population of where you live that can be either a couple hours or a few minutes. The only thing that makes it more frustrating is that there is almost no policing on duplicate listings.. so not only is my listing that I just paid to feature being pushed back down by the minute, it’s being pushed back down at an accelerated pace due to Becky the no job having college student posting 12 listings of the same picture of herself under different services (e.g. data entry/ babysitter/ house sitter/ dog walker/ personal trainer/ handyman.) I had more buyers remorse purchasing this “Feature” service than I did when I bought the thing I’m trying to sell.

I have sold a couple of things on letgo and some of the people are nice regular folks, but for the most part the site has become over run with that type of person we all know and hate to deal with. Thus they have pretty much rendered this site useless now. Too bad.It had promise

Beware. I paid to promote a business ad. Received messages from accounts all the sudden. Messaged people back, they said they never messaged me. I noticed when I was logged into another account it was sending people messages I didn't send. Couldn't change cover photo either, even though "tech" support said to keep reinstalling it. YA RIGHT! FIX YOUR SITE & QUIT CHARGING PEOPLE FOR RIGGED FALSE LEADS. WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN. IF TECH SUPPORT CAN'T FIX SIMPLE ISSUES THAN WHY TRUST THEM W/A CREDIT CARD.
