I would never recommend the Les Schwab in Billings MT. I got two new tires from them, and less than a year later, when one of them had a flat, I took it to Les Schwab for a free repair. They claimed they couldn't fix it because the tire was so bad. It had less than 10k miles on it and Les Schwab claimed it went bad because we didn't rotate the tires before then. Those tires turned out to be discontinued right after they sold them to us because of poor quality. They sold us two more brand new tires, and now less then 4 months later they are trying to claim the tires are bad again. The service both times was appalling. We will never use them again.

While traveling from North Carolina to Colorado Springs Colorado we had a small leak in a tire. We took our vehicle in for a tire patch and it was handled in an efficient and expert manner! We are grateful to Kaleb and Mylan at the Interquest Parkway location for resolving our tire leak problem.

The Fairview location has excellent customer service. Cory, Austin, and Morgan are rock stars and got my vehicle up and going quickly, which was amazing because I needed tires, brakes, shocks, and some work on the steering linkage. 24 hours after I dropped it off, I was back on the road. They are knowledgeable, kind and take the time to explain what’s going on. Can’t say enough about Cory and Austin’s crew! I’v worked with Les Schwab tires at various locations for the last 21 years, and I’ve been nothing but impressed. I highly recommend this company.

This review is for the Eagle, Idaho location. I made a reservation for noon. You would think a reservation means something. At the time I checked in, which was 10 minutes before my reservation they said my car would be finished in one hour. It has now been one hour and twenty minutes and they haven’t even touched my car. There only response is we do what we can. What is the point of a reservation? They have absolutely no respect for people’s time. Certainly the last time I use there service!

I took my car in for an inspection, for the transmission slipping. Not only were they not able to diagnose the problem, the car seemed worse off after the “inspection”. When driving there, the transmission didn’t slip once. When driving home, it slipped at every single stop sign. I have used Les Schwab for many years. They are great. They even fixed my wheel barrow tire. I’ll always choose them first.

Friendly, but slow service. 3 hours for a 1/2 hour diagnostic. Then I waited the next week with an appointment for a. hour before my car was serviced. numerous cars with flats or leaks in tires were serviced before me. If I had not asked about the delay I would have waited much longer. Overall the work on my car was completed. So if you go to Les Schwab plan on your appointment not meaning much. I doubt I will buy from Les Schwab again
