Ordered a specific part number for Polaris brand pool jets. The package that came was sealed, had the exact part number but looked like it had been on several different dusty warehouse shelves since the 1980's. The parts inside were so brittle that little pieces of plastic were like white chalky dust that had broken off just due to age. And, they were definitely not the current part numbered parts nor did they come with the parts advertised. Leslie's...you can do better than this!

I scheduled for them to come out and my appointment was weeks out. They were supposed to come measure my pool for a pool cover and they told me no one had to be home as long as they had access to my pool. When the man arrived he had to knock on the door because he was unsure of what service he was supposed to provide because he said his "notes were unclear." I was not home, so my husband called me and I told the man that I was looking for a pool cover quote- manual and automatic. He said ok and went out to the pool. He came back to the door and left a tag saying no one answered and said we needed to reschedule. When I called Leslie's customer service I spoke to 2 different people- the 1st kept trying to get me to reschedule and when I asked for a manager, she said no one was available. I think there was a language barrier because she was understanding my request/questions. The 2nd lady I spoke with was very nice, they said they would have the pool tech call me back, but of course he never did. I would never use them for any service or buy anything from their store because this has been a terrible experience.

They don't answer their phones (they used to). I called bother the Poughkeepsie NY and the Danbury CT stores two days in a row and nobody answers. I like to give the Brick and Mortar companies my business but with customer service like this I'll just use Amazon.

Brandon Florida #233 Store looks like it closed the way it is located. No open/close sign. Brought in a 2.5gal jug in to fill with chlorine. I said I wan this filled please. The guy say you can exchange it with one filled over there. I said I want mine filled I just bought this jug last time i was in and everyone exchanges there beat up ones for the best one. He said well i suppose i can do that. Then an off duty worker butted in on my conversation while I was paying. He did not know the context and tried to lie to me and misrepresent a product. I caught him and he felt foolish in front of the co-workers and then tried to pick a fight with me. I hate this place.

The off shore call center makes it close to impossible to get good service. We had an appointment with a window of 9-noon. Noone showed up. We were not notified of a delay. We phoned to reschedule and were not given a new appointment. Are they going out of business? We will have a local pool repair company help us with our pool needs going forward. Update, the repair person showed up last week B.T.W. he is very knowledgeable and great at his job, wenjust didn’t know he was coming. The call center just went ahead and booked him and didnt let us know. Thank goodness we were home.

My complaint is about price. I just want people to be aware. I just purchased a vacumm depris bag. I should have compared prices with other stores but I needed it ASAP. The price at Leslies was $49. When I did check other stores the price ranged from $29.99 to 34.99

spent over 10K on Omni Logic with sense and dispense and nothing but trouble with Leslies. I cannot open my pool with them without any response. They cannot call me back or schedule for months. Online says sorry and code they give you is meaningless. Please just shut down Chapter 11 if things are that bad!!! The Philippines call center! Do not waste your time- Warrantee- forget it they don't have people or parts. Have been unable to manage local store or service. They do not value, valuable customers at all!!!!!

Leslie Pools is baiting and switching customers with pool closing. I was quoted online, and by phone, that pool closing would be $250 plus a $45 trip charge. When they arrived, I confirmed and allowed the work to begin. After it was done, I was told it would now be $320 plus a $48.15 trip charge. Since I verbally requested a price before services were done and were quoted the price they gave me, I should not be asked to pay the additional fees they added. This is a clear violation of bait and switch. The seller should clarify the price when a customer inquires about service and price. After I reached out to customer service, they quickly told me the price and asked me to send the quoted price to them. They are trying to scam people by making them believe they are cheaper until the service is done. Local pool places near me had a better price, but Leslie said they could match, and they were wrong. I request that the agreed-upon price be honored, or I am left with no option but to take this to court and allow a judge to preside over the case. I am tired of these companies deceiving customers with lowball offers and then jacking up the price.
