I would give zero stars if I could stilll submit this review. I received a complete pool package and waited for my installer. When my day on the schedule came, I was met with disappointing news. Not only was I missing parts. I was sent random parts from multiple kits . My installer was unable to install the pool and even identified used parts! When I called the customer service all 3 times there was no solution or urgency. Each time I was told to wait 24-48 hours for them to even reach someone . No resolution. I ordered discountsl direct pool and had no issues . Never use this company!

I made a $5000 purchase of a new pool heater. Per their perks program, I was expecting to receive $200 in credits, free delivery, and 50% future pool supply purchases. Fast forward 6 weeks, and I have received nothing. I've contacted support 3 times, and was told, each time, to wait 24-48 hours for resolution. The company is a joke. They shouldn't have a well advertised perks program but then not provide the perks they promise.

Purchased a Polaris Pb 4-60 pool booster pump installed 2-23-2026. Pump stopped working on 6-17-2026. Called Leslie’s for a replacement, it had a 12 month warranty. They told me after 90 days to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer gave me a list of pool companies in my area to call to schedule a repair. No one can come out for 6-8 weeks. They really don’t want to deal with it apparently not money to be made on warranty repair issues. I’ve been a good customer with Leslie’s for 16 years. This is no way to treat a customer.

I ordered a part and returned it for a refund instead they charged me again. They can’t refund me until that charge has cleared bank. So they owe me two refunds for a part they have back. I believe this was on purpose after reading so many bad reviews. This company scams people and is obvious. The BBB needs to get involved. I wish these criminal companies would be shut down but for some reason they keep getting away with it. So Sad!!!!

A little more than other stores are selling this product for but I thought it would be worth it to support a local business. The website said the local store had two in stock. Wrong. Leslies immediately charged my card. However, when I went to the store, the manager told me they had no record of the transaction and would neither give me the product nor a refund. They also refused to provide a phone number for their corporate offices. I eventually found the number online (800-537-5437) and managed to get a refund. Well, I supposedly will be getting a refund. Tried to take a large substantial amount of money from revolut.. well unfortunately for you revolut is one of the safest and blocked you straight away! Unlucky morons
