This toy is a joke and a waste of money
This toy is a piece of junk. The suction on this thing is awful, but I'm sure it's a tactic to try and get us to order replacements. The suction did not last more than 8 hours on this thing. My car hates it. He has shown total noninterest in it. I will never order from this company again. Don't waste your money on this. It is definitely not worth the money I spent on it.

Interactive Bird Simulation Cat Toy Set
Ich habe das Interactive Bird Simulation Cat Toy Set letztens für meine beiden 4 Monate alten Kätzchen - vor allem für den Kater - gekauft. Wie ich es erhofft habe, gefällt das Spielzeug meinem Kater sehr gut. Es fällt ihm schwer, sich mit einem Ball oder ähnliches selber zu beschäftigen, aber mit dem Vögelchen hat er jetzt schon mehrere Tage nacheinander für eine längere Zeit gespielt. Ich bin so froh, dass es ihm so gefällt. Ich habe immer noch das erste Vöglechen daran. Es hat natürlich schon 2,3 Federn verloren, aber ansonsten ist es überraschend stabil, obwohl mein Kater teils etwas grob ist. Seiner kleine Schwester gefällt das Spielzeug nicht so, sie mag lieber die Knisterbälle. Von meinem Kater gibt es aber auf jeden Fall 5 von 5 Sternen.

Es ist toll zu hören, dass Ihr Kleiner so viel Freude mit dem Vogel hat und dass er auch bei wildem Spielen noch so gut in Schuss ist. Genau das hoffen wir auch. Ein paar verlorene Federn sind normal, aber wir sind froh, dass der Vogel noch so robust ist. Jede Katze hat ihre eigenen Vorlieben, daher wundert es uns nicht, dass Ihre Katze ihre Knisterbälle bevorzugt. Scheinbar wissen Ihre Katzen genau, was ihnen gefällt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für Ihre Unterstützung und die 5-Sterne-Bewertung Ihres verspielten Katers.

A total failure
A total failure. I received the bird wire toy this morning. Birds are terrific. That's it. The suction cup device is a joke. The longest it has stayed attached to the floor or wall is 10 minutes. When the cats did play with it (barely) it fell over quickly. They enjoyed nosing around the feathers. For $3 I could have bought them a feather toy at Petco. I resisted the FB videos for a long time. Have been stung before. This old dog did not learn a new trick.

J'ai commandé mes articles le 6 avril et à ce jour je n'ai toujours rien. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu deux fois et ensuite m'a laissé dans le vent. Grosse Arnaque !! à fuir

Save your money for something that works.
Got the bird suction toy. My cat loved it but it only stayed stuck to the floor for like 5 mins. Tried it again on clean smooth walls and even a mirror. No good. Left a one star review, customer service tried to give me suggestions to make it work. In the end no help. Waste of money for 10 minutes of fun for my cat.

one of the worst
one of the worst customer services there is. yet another company not being clear in their adverts that they aren't actually shipping from within the country they advertise in. This should be illegal. Don't bother contacting them in case you have any issues. cheers to you

Cat toy never sent even though company contacted more than 3 times
I ordered a cat toy on March 2. They provided me with a tracking number. According to the USPS, they -USPS-created a mailing lable on March 4 but said they had not received the item. I contacted Leo's Paw on 3 different occasions requesting information on the location of the cat toy. Each time, they said I would receive it soon, but the tracking information at the USPS never changed. It is now March 27, and nothing has changed. Their customer service is lousy and their logistics staff is clearly incompetent. Do not order from this company.
