Hi Gina! Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that the Furniture Scratch Protector has been helpful in protecting your furniture when cut into sheets. We also appreciate you sharing the challenges you experienced with attaching it to upholstery. We completely understand your concern about the pins, especially when it comes to your cats' safety. Their well-being is very important to us, and your feedback about the pins being easy for cats to remove is something we'll make sure to pass along to our product team. Thank you as well for sharing your experience with using clear tape on different upholstery materials. Feedback like this helps us better understand how our products work in real homes and with different types of furniture. We truly appreciate your honest review and your suggestions. Thank you for giving Leo's Paw a try and helping us continue to improve.

Hi June, Thanks so much for reaching out! I connected with our support team and they let us know responded to Jim’s email on November 24, 2025 with return instructions. We received your return request on the Returns Portal, but we haven’t received any response from you since and the return tracking details or information was not provided by you which is why you have not been reimbursed yet. Unfortunately, we do not have any way to track returns unless you share the tracking information since you are sending them to cat shelters as donations. Hope this helps! Please reach out to our team at [email protected] if you have any more questions or to share your tracking details and receive the reimbursement! We’re so glad to hear you loved the fountain you kept! Best, Leo’s Paw

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We really appreciate it. We’re glad installation was easy and that shipping and delivery went smoothly. That’s exactly how it should be. You’re also right about the scratch post wraps. They adhere and perform best on a flat, even surface. Uneven areas can make it harder for cats to fully engage with them. Sometimes repositioning to a smoother section or trimming for a cleaner fit can help. We appreciate you sharing the tip for others and for giving our products a try.

Thank you for sharing that. You’re absolutely right, patience makes all the difference with cats. Letting them explore something new on their own terms usually leads to the best results. We’re glad to hear you gave it time and that it worked out. Thanks for your support.
