One of my path lights stopped working. After doing some troubleshooting and sending in pictures LeonLite sent me a replacement of no charge. They were very helpful and the process was smooth!

Justin was quick to respond to my email to address the issue. He processed the replacement lights in a very timely manner and provided tracking information immediately upon request.

Very happy with their customer service! One of my lights stopped working less than 60-days following installation so I contacted them. Providing the requested details, including documentation and photos was a bit of a process but understandable given their logical concerns over a possible untrue claim. In any case, email responses were very quick and a replacement light is on the way. I'm working my backyard landscaping and will certainly purchase my lighting fro LeonLite.
