All the communications were prompt and professional. My failed light is being replaced under warranty to my satisfaction.

I had an issue with some led lighting. I was luckily enough to connect with Italia and all concerns were handled quickly.

Unfortunately one of the two light fixtures was DOA, and due to construction schedule, I didn’t get to install the fixture and find out about it. I had to take it down and contacted the LeonLite Team. The following day Ruby reached out to me and helped me correct the issue. Knocked off one star only because it was a faulty unit. Customer service is 5-star.

really like the product...i bought a set of 8 lights on amazon about 5 yrs ago. they work great ,had 1 light quit working i only needed 1 light i ordered direct from leonlite and the replacement was exactly what i needed a perfect match.very happy with purchase. would buy again.

Justin was great in helping resolve some defects that came from the lights. He responded quickly and efficiently while taking great care in replacing the lights. While the lights may have been defective i would still purchase from Leon lite due to customer support being great in helping resolve issues.

Fast and easy to install. Great quality & price. I love the motion sensor & how awesome it works. Not to mention the outlet it is GFCI!!
