Leo’s bedding does not stand behind their product! The product does not look like the examples shown online. I sent pictures to them showing them the differences of what I received and what was advertised. They apologized and basically said to bad! Now I am stuck with 3 blankets that are cheesy and not what I ordered. Very disappointed!😪

Nightmare! This company says they stand behind their product, their "Easy Returns Policy" is impossible to work with. They state "If you are not satisfied with purchase, contact us first and we will guide you through the steps". They will play games with you and have you send photos, those photos will not be good enough and they will ask for a different angle, a different lighting, etc. They will state the reason the image is "Blurry" is because it is supposed to look like a "painting", there is no mention of this in the description or I would not have ordered to begin with. You will send photos and send photos-though they do not specify you have to give a reason for being unsatisfied. I was told "sorry", no further explanation just my return request was not good enough. I cannot tell the everything per the feedback guidelines and the possibility of removal but needed for everyone know that if you buy, you cannot return, you are stuck with a quilt that will be the most expensive dog bedding you have ever bought. ( disclosure, if things change, I will gladly update a new and better rating).

Looking at the blanket we are really pleased with it. It is an item we are putting in an auction at my husband's military unit reunion come this fall.

Five star customer service. Staff worked with me for a couple weeks to get the photo layout I wanted. I ordered a personalized quilt for my son's 40th bday. The only reason I docked one start is the quilt is all single stitched, even the borders. So I'm guessing it won't stand many washes. That being said, the quilt is a beautiful keepsake for my son. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I really like the quilt I ordered. It is not true to color as in the picture, but will be fine. Had problems trying to track the order and never did receive a shipment or tracking number, it just showed up. I did notify customer service regarding the tracking ap and received a polite email to be patient, that it would be shipped.
