I was extremely disappointed in this quilt. It is a panel not pieced. The picture shows a lot more quilting than what was actually done. I would have be happy with it had it been quilted as in the picture.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the Christmas quilt I ordered. The fabric was not cotton. I think it is microfiber material. The stitching was not around items specifically. It was placed on there randomly. I have decided to call about returning the item.

If I could give this a -10 I would … Terrible cheap product and a waste of money ! I wouldn’t buy this for $10 at Walmart if I saw it ! I asked for a refund and wanted to return it and with zero consideration they said it was what I ordered and would not offer any type of return ! Don’t buy this junk ! $54 down the drain!

You kept INSISTING I show you a photo of my credit card…to confirm who I was…my credit union said ABSOLUTELY NOT…my accountant said ABSOLUTELY NOT…so YOU cancelled my ordered…I tell anyone who will listen to NOT shop with you…and I’m done

It's a very nice design. My granddaughter is going to love it. I appreciate you keeping me inform of the delivery of this quilt. Thank you.

I ordered three blankets. First of all I received an international charge. I truly was not aware this was an international transaction or else I would've used a credit card that offers no fees for such transactions. It took a LONG time for the blankets to arrive. In fairness, they do note that on their website, but I wasn't prepared for this excessive wait. I ordered three blankets: a quilt and two sherpa blankets. The quilt was fine. The printed side of the sherpa blankets is this stain, polyester, not sure what but shiny material.. Finally, one of my orders was for a University of Texas blanket, to my surprise, one of the squares was the color of different in state university.

Unable to clarify my order that you said is out of stock. I need to know the status. Please respond asap.

I am very disappointed in the final spotted pictures even on the faces of the dog and also upset about the 3 month wait to get it. I cannot give a good rating due to the 2 problems plus others. ----------------answer to response below ---------- The spots are everywhere and not snow. I started my order in April and Leo said they found my order in their Spam. -------- Got it in late July FULL of spots in the dog's face, back, background, etc. and on every one of the 9 pictures and none of them were in any of the preview (proof) pictures I approved and if you look, there are no spots on any of the many pictures in the ads.
