First time with Lensmart
My first time ordering prescription lenses from this company and I was impressed. The shipping took a little longer than anticipated but that was expected. Upon receiving my glasses one frame was missing the clear nose bridge piece, I emailed customer service and within hours I had a response. They are not only fixing the issue but sending out a completely new pair of glasses as well that are free of charge to fix the mistake. Customer service was above and beyond! Updated 5/23/24 - Received my reissued pair of frames with prescription lenses today and the quality was great. Not one issue thus far.
