LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

I would like to sincerely thank Lensmart for yet another excellent shopping experience. Since this was already my second order, I can confidently say that the high quality of both their products and services is a consistent standard at Lensmart. The glasses pleasantly exceeded my expectations—they are well made, comfortable to wear, and exactly match both the description and what I was looking for. I especially appreciate the professional approach of the Customer Service Center. After I placed my second order for progressive glasses, they contacted me in response to my email request to help complete the prescription and specification details for my glasses. Thanks to their attentiveness, willingness to help, and professionalism, everything was clarified and finalized before production began, which gave me great confidence in the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and very helpful, and throughout the process I felt that my order was receiving their full attention. My order was processed smoothly and delivered on time. I truly appreciate the wide selection of frames, competitive prices, excellent craftsmanship, and, above all, the outstanding customer care, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thank you to the entire Lensmart team for your excellent service and professional support. I highly recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for high-quality eyewear, reliable service, and a customer support team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I am confident that I will be ordering my next pair of glasses from Lensmart as well.

Nagyon korrekt cég. A futárszolgálat elkeverte a megrendelésemet, de a cég átvállalta és térítésmentesen küld egy újabb szemüveget. Ez példaértékű.

I have ordered atleast 6 pairs of glasses. I had issues with 1 pair and they quickly resolved and sent me a new pair without any issues. I love this company, the glasses, and how reasonable they are.

Everything is fine, nice quality. thank you

I order my prescription glasses ,and received them earlier than expected date . I am so excited ,my glasses are just perfect, quality is amazing. Am so happy. Excellent service and exceptional ordering system.☺️☺️☺️ Thank you Lensmart

Csak pozitív tapasztalataink vannak, nagyon rugalmas és segítőkész volt az ügyfélszolgálat, több felmerülő probléma esetén is! A szemüvegek nagyon szépek és minőségiek!

The prescription of the glasses are spot on, and the range of frames they have are insane, there is basically a pair for everyone. They are really affordable and the quality for that price is also impressively good. I would recommend lensmart to literally everyone.

So affordable and the cutest styles!! The quality of the glasses are awesome and I’ve received so many compliments!
