If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible company!!! Still waiting on my glasses. I’ve been told they were “ruined in production” and that they’d be express shipped asap. I ordered almost a month ago. I’m so frustrated and they were expensive, as I wear progressives. This company needs to be shut down. Biggest mistake!!!

Ordered set of progressive lenses that arrived unusable, no mid-range area, very bad made. Even though website states 15-Days return policy everywhere, they refuse to honor returns... Basically, another scam from china. All 5* reviews are fake. Stay away. "Special offer" was never mentioned during the purchase. Instead, messages "15-Day return" and "Money Back Guarantee" were presented in the cart just to lure customers. This is typical "byte and switch" company.

I am left feeling frustrated and annoyed with lens smart. The prescriptions were clearly different in my order. there was no where that we asked you to change both prescriptions. Only the 1. Now the customer service team is saying there’s no messages regarding this matter and asked if I want to pay (again) to fix this issue… I am displeased with this lack of understanding and will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered reading glasses with blue light on 2/8/24. I received an email from Lensmart on 2/9/24 stating something wrong with my prescription can you send us your prescription. Mind you this was reading glasses +1.25 only. Informed Lensmart this is just reading glasses and did not want prescription glasses. I got another email on 2/11/24 requesting my measure PD. I emailed them back with 33 OD and 33 OS which is total 66. Lensmart still want my prescription from my eye doctor. I email back a copy of my eye prescription. I finally received my glasses on 3/4/24. The glasses were NOT reading glasses. The glasses are my prescription from my eye doctor. I contact Lensmart by email becasue the phone number does not work. I informed Lensmart about their error and I wanted reading glasses. I got an email back o 3/7/24 at 1am stating I will have to pay for "re-custom" glasses. I will not ever order from this company again. This company has bad business practices. Very disappointed!

I purchased my glasses from Lensmart on Feb 11th. I paid standard shipping within US. Which is 14-18 business days. Tell me why every time I message lensmart they tell me it’s my fault.. I should have already got them number 1. Number 2, it’s been way over 18 days but you had the audacity to tell me that it depends on the region and could take up to 50 business days then tell me your company needs to put that out there more bc it was not in the details when I ordered. I disputed this with who I paid with and you told me there was nothing you could do. If I could give you 0 stars I would but you get 1. Give me my money back because I’m sick of seeing my glasses in Jamaica NY sitting in the damn corner facility because you used a terrible shipping company.

I ordered glasses and paid the extra for the express shipping but still did not get them in time. I received the glasses and although they were nice, the frame style was too big for my face. Keep in mind I took weeks deciding what frames to get and made sure the measurements were correct. I also sent a picture of my prescription when I ordered and although the frame quality seemed decent, the lenses were totally wrong. I couldn't look through them, it was like looking through a magnifying glass or a fish bowl. It took 3 days of back-and-forth communication for them to simply tell me how I could return the glasses and then thet tell me that I only have 7 days to return when on the website it says 15, and the address to where I need to return (5636 birchbay ct. Rancho Cucamonga ca 91737) seems very suspicious. When I Googled it was a residential address. I just want my refund and for them to abide by the 15 day and it's one thing to have to pay for the return shipping which is also going to be expensive because the want it back so fast but to not give a full refund is crazy! I have used other online sites and have had great experiences, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

nous avons commandé 4 paires de lunettes et avons envoyé de suite un mail pour annuler une paire .... reponses a nos mails pour nous balader ne repondant pas a nos questions . je finis par faire 3 semaines plus tard une reclamation paypal. je recois alors un mail me demandant d annuler ce litige en me disant qu ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser tant que le litige est ouvert.j attends encore quelques jours et je transforme le litige en demande de remboursement ..me repondent qu ils amelioreront leur service

I still have not received my glasses from Lensmart, it’s going for 3 months now, every time I ask there is an excuse. They promised to express my order as they should because the delay was on their side. I AM STILL WAITING!!! I have expressed countless times on the fact that I rely heavily on my glasses and my current ones broke.. they clearly seem not to care as long as they have taken my money. I can’t emphasize enough on how poor the service is.. no sense of urgency or responsibility for wrongdoing. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
