Great customer service
I had an issue with my glasses and although it took some back and forth, Lensmart made good on fixing it and supplying me with a different pair of sunglasses. I have always love the quality of their glasses and get many compliments and I have used their competitors Zenni and Zeelol. Their commitment to making the issue right was admirable and better than the other companies.

Customer Service was quick to respond, took action to research issue and took measurements to correct the issue. Stayed in contact with me to insure my issue was handled and provided a resolution to the matter. Great communication and great Customer Service. Appreciate all the time and effort.

Satisfied customer …
I am very satisfied with their customer service, I had an issue with the my order they were quick to reply back and the issue was resolved quickly. The frames are beautiful and stylish I love all of the frames I got and they have great prices I will definitely buy from them again.
