The glasses were cute, I loved them. However my lens got scratch, even though they advertise them as scratch resistant. I emailed to get a replacement under the 365 warranty. We have been going back and forth for days. As first, they said no it been too long( still within 365 days). I said what about the warranty, then they said we can replace them, can you install yourself cause it cheaper than sending them back, I said yes. Then they said we can't ship the lenses until you leave a 5 star review. I said I can't leave a review until I get the lenses. Now they say lenses aren't covered under the warranty, leave a review and we will help you. Well, I'm done with the back and forth.

I ordered two pair of glasses from Lensmart, and after waiting an incredibly long time, I received glasses that were super thick and very distorted. I ask for a return according to their policy, and was given a huge run around. Day after day I had to write to the company regarding a return, only to receive more blah, blah, blah. They said I had given them the wrong prescription, but I ordered a pair with another company, and they came in a short time and were perfect! I never got my money back. So my warning to all is to stay away from this company. Poor quality, poor customer service and out right robbery

My glasses arrived but the peripheral vision was bad. I had several correspondences with lensmart but every time I did what they asked, they wanted more info. They finally ended correspondence and said I gave wrong info. I have proof from a licensed optician that emailed them himself with no reply from them. Horrible customer service. I lost out on over $50.

I have to be honest, This company is a complete joke. There is no legitimate address, You send a message and get nothing but a run around, I have lost 187.70 dealing with this company. There glasses don't work. This is a complete scam. Why Facebook would allow them to advertise is beyond me.

Something is wrong with my prescription it’s completely distorted so they told me to take a video of it. I said a video won’t help, because you can’t see it through my eyes. So they said I had to take it to my local eye shop and have them deal with it. They won’t refund me, won’t allow me to send them back. I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back.

If I could give them no stars I would. They sent me three pairs of glasses that all had the wrong prescription and when I brought it to their attention, they said they could fix it but did not and sent them anyway. When they arrived with the wrong lenses they gave me the option of paying for new lenses or returning the glasses and only getting $64 back of the $200 I spent. This is so disappointing, saving your time and money

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my first time ordering, I used the "try on with photo (my own pic)" to pick the frames I wanted. Got them and they were nothing like what the picture. Requested return same day I received them, took them a couple days to get the return instructions/label to me. AFTER I requested the return is when they tell you that you WILL NOT receive your full refund...they kept 30%. Will never use this company again nor refer them to anyone! Too bad.

I agree with people who say buyer beware! Same thing happened with me I thought I could trust lensmart ( big name) no don’t buy it. All over the place it said there was re-funds exchanges everything for 15 days and then when I finally got my glasses after waiting a month I said oh my goodness these glasses are so blurry I can’t even see out of them. There’s definitely something wrong with them. I cannot wear them at all and they’re supposed to be split readers and I can’t even read out of the bottom of them and I’ve been wearing readers for 15 years very clearly, first pair of glasses made like this, so that part at least should’ve been clear but it isn’t . I just completely wasted my money because I just got an email back from them and they said nope too bad there is no return on the glasses at all because the frame was a sale item… I’ve been looking all through it can’t find one thing that says this. The print must be so tiny, I can’t see it They’re actually gonna leave me holding the bag with a complete waste of money and I have to throw the glasses away. We went with eyebuydirect for my husbands glasses and I should’ve done the same.😔 He got a prompt exchange no problem no questions asked. I am so so disappointed with lensmart . I thought they were better than this. I’ve lost complete trust 😟 I just looked at the website to make sure and it says 15 day moneyback return 365 day guarantee. I just contacted the company on messenger and they are actually saying that no it doesn’t say you can’t return them, so what they did was they tricked me into buying them and then when they didn’t work out, they have a rule that you can’t return them. But they don’t let the customer know that in advance.. There will be a manager involved in this and the Better Business Bureau. So after seeing Lensmart’s response to my review I must edit this to say what the truth is on your website, it states underneath the glasses I bought .. the “on sale” same frames as the day I bought them - 15 day returns, 365 day guarantee. So they will not honor that once you request it when your glasses are faulty .. I guess I have to make another edit to my review below. Lensmart has said they offered me something and I rejected it that did not happen! This is not true, they asked me to pay to get them fixed, I should not have to get anything fixed, they say 15 day moneyback guarantee, but they won’t honour it. You can see that this company is not doing things fairly.. please don’t buy from Lensmart or you could be out all your money too! I will have to throw the glasses away . Don’t throw your money away
