I had a great experience with the customer service. Their communication was clear from the beginning so I did not struggle with that. The glasses I chose are durable and strong. They also feel good on my face, they are not tight for loose, just the right amount. You can tell that the material is not flimsy. I hope that they will stand the test of time.
