I had a pair of frames brake.
I had a pair of frames that broke. And they were very understanding and helpful. They sent me a new pair right away. When I received them they were the wrong color frames. I reached back out and they sent me the correct with no trouble!

Prescription are correct and the quality of the glasses is outstanding. It exceeded my expectation, worth the purchase. Moreover, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service when i could not receive my parcel.
