Quality frame and lens
Addendum: Products quality vs price: 5/5 Lens quality vs price: 5/5 Logistic : tricky but I would give the costumer service helpdesk 10/5 for their patiences and availability. As mentioned before there was an error in the packing of the order, it was rectified and I got my last pair today in the mail. This set back does not take away the quality of the product that is promoted and sold on the website.

SECOND TIMES A CHARM
UPDATE: I RECEIVED THE SECOND PAIR AND THEY ARE CORRECT! UPDATE: LENSMART HAVE REACHED OUT AND ARE REMAKING THE GLASSES THAT WERE NOT COMPLETED THE FIRST TIME. I purchased two pair of glasses from this company and they FINALLY arrived after many back and forth emails regarding the Rx. The glasses arrive and the single vision pair, the the one lens did not have a prescription at all!! I wrote them immediately, as soon as I opened the package they said they wouldn't refund but work correct their error. Then I receive an email that I have to pay extra to have the glasses fixed bc they cant reuse the glasses.

I like the glasses
I like the glasses. Probably won't buy from here again. I sent in my order with everything they asked for. They said I didn't send in the PD and I know I did. The smallest they had was 54pd and I used that. Then they wanted to charge me to ad it. Overall expensive could have been better

The original glasses I bought broke so…
The original glasses I bought broke so I contacted there customer service to replace them and they where understanding. They helped me to receive new glasses.

Great Buy
While my order was lost at first, the customer service was really good by replacing it. After receiving my glasses, I am totally satisfied. The prescription was accurate and the quality of the frames is really nice. I will definitely order from Lensmart again because the prices are really affordable.

Would recommend!
Ordered and paid from the UK on 19th August 2025. Order process, prescription upload etc all relatively straightforward- website easy to navigate. Paid for express delivery stating 3-5 business days costing £22.13. Items shipped on 22nd August with delivery being received on 25th via DHL. Two pairs of glasses received well packaged, in bubble wrap and secure. Very happy with both pairs of glasses, with their appearance a true reflection of the images online. Prescriptions bang on. Appear well made with spring loaded arms and nice lenses. Would have been a 5* review had the delivery been within the 3-5 business days as paid for- however for £65 in total for two pairs of new specs I am extremely satisfied and would 100% order from Lensmart again in future!
