Ordered my 2 pairs of glasses on November 24 2021 from Lensmart. Got them on Jan 5/22. The glasses are very nice. Both ordered with same prescription and frames are about the same size. One I cannot wear because it seems the prescription is not done right. The other pair are good I can see well. I notified them and they said I should email them for an exchange. We will see how that works out. If you leave negative reviews on Facebook, Lensmart will remove it.

I ordered a pair of green Mirja glasses but was unfortunately sent the wrong colour. I reached out to them via email and Instagram DMs. I received a reply and resolution via Instagram. I was told they would reissue the correct pair right away and that I can keep pair I have. The Mirja glasses are so beautiful, I'm very glad to have 2 pairs. Their customer service is superb! Quick replies and quick resolution, so happy with their service! EDIT: It's been 3 weeks since I had posted this and I still have not received my glasses up til now. I've been in contact with Lensmart through email this whole time and I just received word that the glasses that I initially ordered were now out of stock, 3 weeks later. I was initially happy with how they dealt with their mistake but now I'm upset at how long this is taking to resolve the issue. I just want the glasses that I originally ordered!
