The glasses look very pretty. But after wearing them for a little I started noticing that when I walked I was getting dizzy. I took them to my eye doctor to see if I could put different lenses in and that’s when they told me the prescription was wrong on them. I contacted customer service and they won’t correct their wrong without me taking video proof of the doctor doing their test. So I have pretty glasses that I can’t use. And money I basically threw in the trash. Beware of this company.

The script is off big time. I was hoping they would be exactly like the ones I get from the eye clinic. Not even close. I guess I’m stuck with $260 progressives.

The delivery was ok, frames are nice, however, I can't see with these glasses the prescription is incorrect. I contacted customer service via email 3 times, but once was to the shipping department because I replied to an email about my order. The shipping dept replied and gave me CS email cs at lensmart.com. I haven't heard back yet. I recieved my order on 3/21/23. I emailed the same day. CS is lacking. The frames are nice, lenses not my vision. Please refund me, and give me return information. Thank you 😊

The glasses took about a month after ordering until I got them. After, some of the drinks I ordered were too small; I admit that's on me for assuming all large glasses were around the same size. I contacted them to return it and the process has taken a week so far! the experience date is the day this started and today is the 25th and I'm still struggling. They send bits of information at a time, and since we are in different time zone my morning is their night. If they send everything they wanted me to answer or know at once it'll be easier! for example, they ask the issue even though in my initial email I told them the issue. Then they ask "do you want to exchange?", "are you sure you want to return", " have you looked at other glasses?". each question is a different email that I have to answer and wait a day for a response. I was thinking of exchanging them, but at this point, I just want to give them back and get a refund. if you order from this company be prepared that shipping is long, but they do tell you an estimated date which is more than likely earlier that the actual arrival. also, make sure you thoroughly look into sizing, style, and shape because the return process is a pain.

My first order had the wrong address. Not through my fault bc the use a system that verfs address when inputting. Never did receive them. The second order is the wrong color. I will not use them again for myself

I placed an order on March 6, 2023 and like a lot of the other reviews stated; I am still waiting... When I track my order it continues to be holding in the same spot. I usually order glasses from Zenni and have had no problems prior to placing this order. By my calculations; I should have received my order yesterday.

Frame may be nice and stylish, but when trying to order multifocal lenses online...just don't. I couldn't wait to get my glasses. I was hoping they would be perfect (for what I paid for them). The lenses are extremely blurry on the left side. Impossible to wear these. Too much trouble to try and return them. I am going in person next week to buy my lenses from the same place I have for several years. For simple lenses, online ordering may be fine. Progressive lens wearers...good luck. I am disappointed. Trying to save money, and for the convenience is a great concept...but my eyes need professional, in person customer service. Order # C21451410505383438

I ordered 2 pair of progressive glasses That was in received the glasses I could not even see out of them it was all blurry After many emails They said they hate what happened to my glasses but they could only refund 70% of the lens like it's my fault that they messed up my glasses. They Also said I had to ship them back out of my pocket... customer service is terrible it's days before you get a reply I will never do business with these people again You have been warned
