Brilliant customer service, unbelievably low prices
haven't recieved my prescription glasses yet,but Id like to complement their customer service. 10/10. It was my first order and i was nervous . They helped explain every step on filling my prescription and ordering so patiently . Price is great,Optometrist charged R7000 for simple glasses . Here i will be getting 2 for R1400 including special features. I hope the quality of the glasses is as great as the price and customer service .

Glasses
I got two pairs of glasses from Lensmart and I really love them. I see clearly with them, they have my prescription, and they look great and fit my face perfectly. The ordering and delivery experience was also very good.

I will not get glasses anywhere else!! They are so cute & so reasonably priced. They were so thorough in making sure you are getting the correct scripts if anything looks off. I appreciate checking in if something doesn’t match. Def get glasses from here, you won’t regret it.

My prescription was perfect
My prescription was perfect. I love the shape of the Willow frames. There was a small screw missing on the nose bridge, but customer service handled quick. I will share with my friends and family and will place another order.

Love Lensmart!!!
This is my 3rd order with Lensmart. I have loved every pair of glasses I’ve received from them. I didn’t care for the color of this last pair I got so I messaged them and they got me taken care of right away! Will be ordering more in the future!
