It was my first time ordering from lensmart and I did not put in my PD not knowing they would need it. I then contacted the customer care and they replied within few minutes to assist me. My order was already out but they tried they utmost best to intercept it so they can fix my lenses. I reached out a couple times with questions on my tracking info. They responded promptly each time. Once I received my glasses the lens was chipped but again, they responded promptly and agreed to ship me a new pair. I love the frames I received and can't wait for the replacement pair to come in.
