Excellent response time
I have not received my glasses as yet but had a query regarding them and Lensmart responded so quickly. It has made me feel so at ease and I can’t wait to receive the two pairs that I ordered

Very reliable quality and delivery
This is my second time ordering my prescription glasses and I’m still very pleased with how reliable lensmart is. The quality is undeniable and what you see on the site is exactly what you get. I’m overall happy with the fast delivery and prompt communication via the site and email regarding my order.

Always very happy with Lensmart…
I'm always very happy with my Lensmart purchases. And in the several times that I have contacted them with questions, their customer service has been very friendly, attentive and timely. I have bought glasses elsewhere but I find that in my Lensmart experience is the best, and that brings me back.

Great service, fast delivery and correct prescription🤭
I bought prescription glasses for three people and all the frames we good(same as pictures). They got the prescription right and I got my package in less than 2weeks.

When I received my glasses
When I received my glasses, I was so excited! They came fairly quick. They looked just like they did on the site. Unfortunately, when I went to put them on that's when I realized they were broken, I was extremely upset. I emailed customer service, let them know how I received my glasses. They asked for a picture confirmation, so I did that. They also asked if the PD on the first pair that was broken, was correct and if "I could see well". I thought that was very thoughtful, seeing I told them a little bit about myself and they seemed to care if the glasses were "right for me before making and sending another pair out. Seeing if I didn't see well, they wouldn't want me going without glasses for even longer, as long as it would take to make and ship a new pair that would've been better to my needs. Thankfully, the first pair was perfect, they were probably broken in route to me. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
