LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

I got nicy (sunglasses) and Samuel (spectacles) . Love the size and shape , I get compliments everywhere I go . The prescription is 100% accurate and delivery was fast . And the lensmart team on instagram is very informative and helpful, responds quickly to messages. Thank you Lensmart ❤️❤️

I have ordered 3 pairs of prescription glasses and 1 pairs of prescription shades so far each order has came in a timely manner. After researching online for emergency glasses replacement glasses I found this great website last year in November and I just got some more glasses in the mail yesterday. I wish I could post pics here. I also wish I could leave a 5 star review on lensmart website, but I have yet to figure that part out just yet! I keep sending people to their site because their glasses are super affordable but trendy as well. I stay getting attention and compliments! Oh one thing I do recommend before buying is if your a girly girl, then, to try the glasses you like by uploading your photos with and without makeup, to see if they really keep you looking good regardless. Ijs. It worked for me and I LOVE my pairs! I plan to buy more glasses/shades from them...I've got like 10 pairs in my shopping cart as I speak!🩷🩷🩷

Very helpful with perfecting my script

I am satisfied with my glasses, I love them! the service is impeccable, when we need it, we get a quick response.

I was a bit skeptical. Read lots of bad reviews. But I recieved my glasses promptly, and the scrip was correct on both pairs. They are good quality and not too heavy. I did notice one of the pairs was broken though. I reached out to lensmart via messenger and they responded quickly. We exchanged messages and I'm happy to report they will be sending me an unbroken pair soon! I will definitely be back!

Excellent service, j'avais envoyé de mauvaises informations en lien avec la prescription et j'ai communiqué le lendemain pour les aviser. Ils ont tout de suite intercepté la commande et fait les changements.

Ordered progressive prescription glasses and am absolutely thrilled with them, the quality is excellent and cost literally a fraction of the cost at UK opticians. Customer service also brilliant - when contacted they respond almost immediately. Will definitely be ordering more. Delivered within the delivery scale given. Can’t praise this company enough!!!

Where do I even start! I had my doubts... I have astigmatism and never bought glasses online, so of course I was skeptical. I used my old glasses prescription as they were fine for me, but they were scratched badly. I have chosen similar glasses to my old ones just to be sure it would look good on me. From when the order was placed to the day I received them it was only eleven days! The glasses are incredible! They fit soooo good and I can finally see! The cost was only 80£ as it was with prescription, UV protection, antiscratch, blue light protection. Lensmart team - thank You so much! Will definitely by again!
