They are very kind, they help in everything, and they communicate continuously. I received the finished glasses quickly and based on the information provided and the uploaded documents, the glasses were perfectly suitable. The frames are very aesthetic and light. Lensmart is the BEST
Lensmart has the best glasses and customer service! I’ve been ordering from them for years and have yet to get any new glasses from a different website! I recommend this website to anyone that is looking for new glasses!

Lensmart’s customer service was amazing
Lensmart’s customer service was amazing. They helped me get the progressive lenses that I needed. I love having so many styles to choose from. I ordered a pair for everyday of the week to accessorize my outfits. There is definitely a style to choose for everyone.

Perfect glasses, thank you!
I will definitely order more glasses. The price is super convenient, prescription is perfect and glasses are nice and fit great. I ordered 2 different prescriptions in one order and both arrived without any problem. Delivery was super fast (Slovakia - express delivery). Customer support was very helpful, kind and communication was super fast.
