If I could give a zero star I would. ITS A SCAM! Gasses come incorrect then they delay replying and block you and don't provide return address in order to use up the 15 day return time. extremely poor service. Frames are cheap quality on top of inaccurate prescriptions! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two pairs of glasses (prescription with bifocal progressive lens). One pair Peyton is fine but not of high quality (all very plastic and flimsy), reading works and the far vision is good for normal wear (was hoping not to have to keep taking the reading glasses on and off). The other pair Thomas including sunglass is absolute unwearable and I can not read with them at all. Both used the same prescription which I entered and I even checked the website on how to enter the PD right/left because the field on the website are not explicitly labelled. After my first complaint I was told I had entered them wrong. Money back is not something they do. First offer was for me to pay more than 30€ in shipping cost to have the lenses remade, I refused this. It took several days because I have the feeling the answers are produced by AI overnight repeating rather than answering the questions and complaints. All of a sudden they offered to have them remade for free but no warranty / liablity at all since I would have to exchange the glass myself. I decided to give them another chance but the lenses sent are of even worse quality and have absolutely nothing to do with my prescription. Any pair of 2€ reading glasses bought at a drug store would give me better vision. From reading several comments it has made me realise that it must be a scam or fraudulent company. I have also put in a complaint via paypal to maybe get part of my money back.

Fraudulent company by sending wrong frames and then making exchange process so difficult and putting all shipping costs on customer ....and why you guys are solving problems here and pretending to be so caring??? We shouldn't be complaining here if you guys would have solved our problem in the first place

Waited over 1 month for product and did not receive. When I emailed to cancel, they want to charge me 10% of my purchase price to cancel for providing me with nothing. Total rip off, terrible service. Edited to add they have sent me a very rude email about this bad review, implying they will only fully refund me if I remove it.

I’m currently going from one pillar to another on both my email and Facebook with Lensmart after giving them my prescription they keep asking for different things from me even when I explain that being in the uk and travelling to Africa I need to have my glasses on time after giving what they requested in my email they ask for something on Facebook I need to pay and only method is not user friendly for me and looks like my order can’t be processed yet I only have a week and need my glasses all this things you want should be requested when doing your order, it’s tidius , how can you want us to recommend more people when you not user friendly I’m really fed up and fraustrated please ask these guys to send out my glasses.

Brille kam mit einem Rahmen, auf dem mehrere Stellen ohne Farbe sind, mehrmaliger Emailkontakt war leider erfolglos, die Firma weigert sich, einen Produktionsfehler zu erkennen. Umtausch nur gegen Rücksendung in die USA auf eigene Kosten. Schade! Die Brille ist nicht die beste Qualität, aber gefällt mir sonst richtig gut :(

I had my glasses for one day!!! The frame snapped and they would not honor the warranty they claim to have!!!

I ordered a pair of glasses and I can’t see with them. I uploaded my presecription and used the online form to guess the PD. When I told them I can’t see with them they mailed me a small ruler that sets on your nose and told me to take a picture and email it. Of course the number they got was different. First of all if the PD is crucial they should specify that and offer to do what they did BEFORE they made the wrong prescription. Don’t tell people to use a printed pdf that’s unreliable. That was a big waste of money. Now I’m out $100.
