I ordered three pairs of glasses and although all were cute, two did not fit me well. The customer service department was very helpful in the process of exchanging for two new pairs that will fit me much better. Quick and timely help and clear communication. I ordered three frames from them and upon receiving them I decided one of the frames was not my style. Their customer service was quick to get back in touch with me. They provided a return label and promised an exchange (per their 15-day policy). Once they receive the returned item and it passes inspection (to ensure the frames aren't damaged) they will be sending out my new exchange frames. I am happy with the interaction so far. I will update if I can once i have the new frames in hand :)
