Cute glasses however I had issues regarding updating delivery address

What a bunch of crap!! I ordered glasses they took forever and I was so upset I was going to reject package when it finally arrived, I returned to return address, which is exactly as it implies, RETURN ADDRESS and was signed by someone but Lensmart refuses to assist in any way. My cc co. Crappy Capital One continues to deny dispute despite all the documentation I have. I'm so upset. Your reply is ridiculous. Your return address is in fact just as it says, return address!! Don't worry this issue will be resolved. I don't care how long this takes me. You are a rip off co. And did not send address until I shipped back if package had been refused guess where it would go?? Correct your RETURN ADDRESS

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LENSMART - AND I USED TO BE AN AFFILIATE. Customer service takes forever if you have an issue!!! I have ordered several pairs of glasses with my exact prescription from LenSmart, (I have about 10 to 12 pairs) All of them have been fantastic except the last two, I can't wear because there is No way this is my prescription. I have been back and forth since May, With customer service. we're now in almost July. They're acting like it's my fault and that my pupillary distances off, however this is the exact prescription saved on my lens smart account that I've used for all the other glasses. And it is the same prescription that I gave when I became an affiliate. I can no longer promote or purchase from LendSmart after this terrible experience. I'm out 50 bucks, but I will be going back to ZÉnni optical online - as they have offered me a better discount code for my followers and I know I can trust their lenses, because that's who I came from to begin with. I held off as long as I could to write this review but at this point I'm frustrated that they won't even replace the glasses. And are trying to act like this is a brand new prescription when all my other pairs are the same exact prescription, I don't even put in a prescription when I order, I just use the last prescription that I used from the previous orders. **UPDATE, THEY RESPONDED TO THIS AND SAID THEY WANTED ME TO EMAIL THEM, AND JUST TO MAKE SURE THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PRESCRIPTION... THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PRESCRIPTION. THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THESE GLASSES. I'M NOT EMAILING THEM I'VE TRIED SINCE APRIL I'M DONE. I DELETED MY AFFILIATE CODE off my website I'M DONE!!! I HAVE TRIED. THIS IS WHAT IT TOOK. AND NOW YOU WANT TO FIX THEM? NO THANK YOU. I gave you guys plenty of opportunity to make this right and you refused. I WANT THE PUBLIC TO KNOW HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR AFFILIATES.

One side Is not ok the right side

Frames bent and stretched. The glasses arrived in under a week, which was great. But when the frames are bent, stretched and crooked and can’t even be worn it’s useless. Very disappointed in this purchase.

It was for a second order and it still hasnnt arrived

I'm giving a star, because I can't give 0. I placed an order for 3 glasses. Which unfortunately were stuck in customs and for which the carrier contacted saying that they could not be delivered because the goods are prohibited here! I contacted this company through Facebook and it has only been a headache, because they can't solve a simple thing and I've already sent all the proofs, containing an email that shows that my purchase will not be delivered because the products cannot be delivered! I ask for my refund, because I can't be paying for something I won't receive.
