I bought the Frode glasses back in February. Recently the screw in the nosepiece just fell out and I couldn't find it. I contacted customer service to get the screw size so that I could go buy one but instead they are sending me a free replacement pair. Great customer service!

Lensmart this is my first order, but not my last. I look forward to receiving the order. I had a problem with my prescription and customer service made sure everything was correct before they made my glasses. The whole experience is great. Thank you soo much.
