Cheap Frames - do not buy from here
Cannot recommend. Reason = Rubbish quality frames When I say Rubbish Quality I mean $1 store level. Sad to think that the business model is to rip people off with such cheap trash. Lenses were fine. I'll never wear them.

I ordered glasses and they broke within…
I ordered glasses and they broke within 2 months. was sent a replacement, and they broke as well. reached out to customer service and they’re refusing any additional help. The cheapest and shoddiest glasses!!!! I’m so upset I paid so much money for these flimsy glasses. And customer service is AWFUL.

Could not see anything out of the…
Could not see anything out of the glasses. I spent almost 200. When I reached out they tried getting almost another 100 out of me to fix it. This is definitely a scam or terrible customer service. Waste of money.

Absolut enttäuscht
Wenn ich könnte, würde ich glatt gar kein Stern geben. Bin absolut enttäuscht von der Firma. Habe mir dort eine Brille gekauft mit zusätzlichen Sonnengläsern, die per Magnet befestigt werden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Brille viel zu groß ist, halten nicht mal die Gläser der Sonnenbrille richtig. Die Fassung ist irgendwie verbogen und rutscht immer wieder aus der Halterung. Somit kann ich die Brille nicht mal als Sonnenbrille verwenden. Reklamation nur wenn ich die Versandkosten in Höhe von fast 50 Euro selber zahle. Ich bekomme eine Brille mit schlechter Qualität und muss dann auch noch drauf zahlen. Bei dieser Firma werde ich nie wieder bestellen und sie auch nicht empfehlen 😞😡😞😡

I need to exchange a pair of glasses…
I need to exchange a pair of glasses and have been calling 678-664-9621. The call will not initiate and it immediately hangs up. This is frustrating. I need to speak to someone to get the glasses exchanges.

Faulty product, agreed to exchange and then tricked me into paying more money, then never sent the glasses.
I received the glasses and they were faulty. Messaged and agreed on a new pair. I paid the difference they asked for $11AUD and wrote a glowing review that they asked for. Then they asked for more money as they needed USD. When I disputed this, as we had agreed on an amount and I paid, they caused so much headache. MONTHS of back and forth. They kept asking me to pay more and I just couldn’t as I started to suspect they were dodgy and I HAD ALREADY PAID THE AGREED DIFFERENCE. Hundreds of emails. Always asking the same questions and for money. I opened a dispute with PayPal, but of course because they asked for the extra money directly, it was not eligible for refund. Shame on you, lensmart. They drove me to the absolute edge. They will gaslight you so much that you want to quit. Worst customer service I have ever come across.
