I recently purchased a new pair of glasses from Lensmart. I have purchased many times and have always been very pleased with what I received. Unfortunately, the newest ones just did not look right on my face as they had on the “try on online” choice they offer. I did not like the way they looked or felt. I reached out to Lensmart to see what we could do to fix the situation. The customer service was so helpful and caring to my requests. Not only did they understand but was willing to allow me an exchange. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found a company like this that not only offers you such amazing prices but also quality glasses and with new looks as well. I can honestly say that each and every one I have ordered was spot on with the prescription. I promise you will not be unhappy to trust and purchase from them!

After placing my order, a few days later, I decided I wanted to change the frames I ordered. I reached out to Lensmart and that same day they were very accommodating and let me change my order. Fantastic customer service!
