I was ordering my glasses and I have two different prescriptions. I have my computer prescription and my every day wear prescription. I didn't realize when I ordered my new everyday wear glasses that I put my computer prescription on the order. I completed my order and didn't realize I used the wrong one until it was already submitted. I couldn't find a way to edit my order to change my prescription to the write one. The only thing I could find was a way to send a message and explain what I needed to do. Most companies have an automated computer response on those and I am really thinking Lensmart doesn't. It felt like a person I was communicating with and they helped me get my order corrected so I would receive the correct glasses with the correct prescription. They were very respectful and kind but most of all patient with me. I highly recommend getting your glasses through Lensmart. I will continue to order mine through them.
