Lenses were totally unusable
Lenses were totally unusable. I ordered multi-focal glasses but the reading (near) component was non existent. When I explained this via their online chat they made excuse after excuse and tried to charge me to get the faulty lenses redone despite the 30 day return policy. Would not Ben give me an address to return the faulty glasses. Kept asking for doctor verification even though I had given a copy of the prescription and confirmed the glasses did not match my existing ones (couldn’t see at all). Terrible after sales service. Would recommend people stay away.

I ordered a pair of glasses
I ordered a pair of glasses. The order was entered into the system. After placing the order, I received an email stating that the prescription could not be fulfilled at that price point. They said they could only fulfill it for an additional charge of xy, followed by a discount, etc. This was followed by several exchanges with customer support. The emails included links requesting additional payment. In my opinion, this is not professional.

This company is Chinese and basically you get what you pay for, cheap plastic crap. Your return is at your expense to China or USA . Please note , I did contact them and it’s at your own expense to return !

I purchased glasses for my husband and…
I purchased glasses for my husband and myself his bifocals are off as well as mine can’t wear them and my husbands glasses came as sunglasses ..they refuse to refund I purchased July 29 2026 received them August 14 2026 notified them right away didn’t hear from til monday ..do not buy ..I even tried to cancel when I had to send in my PD measurements I knew but they kept insisting.

My personal experience My personal experience with Lensmart: never again. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them, but with my latest order, I ordered two pairs of glasses with two different prescriptions. They made both pairs with the same prescription, even though a different prescription was clearly stated for each pair of glasses. What is even more frustrating is that the prescription written on each pair of glasses was different, so it initially looked like everything had been made correctly. They refused to admit their mistake, and only after several days did they finally acknowledge that there had been an error. They offered to send me new lenses, but I have to pay the shipping costs via PayPal. So they make the mistake, and I am expected to pay for it again. Very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be ordering from Lensmart again.

For one pair of glasses, you filled in the prescription data along with the uploaded prescription photo.Because errors can occur when filling in data, we prioritize making glasses based on the uploaded data. We have already applied for special processing and free lens remaking for you. The fee you need to pay is not for shipping, but for customs clearance fees required due to changes in customs policy. I bought a pair of glasses from their…
I bought a pair of glasses from their reduced cost range abd ordered the photochromic lense. They sent me prescription sun glasses. I complained they told me they couldnt refund due to it being a pair from their reduced range and gave me a discount to buy a new pair. I bought a new pair from their reduced range and I ordered again prescription photochromic and this time was sent a pair of normal lense prescription glasses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL RUBBISH.

Please note that Photochromic lenses are designed to change color based on the intensity of ultraviolet (UV) rays, not the light intensity. This means that the lenses will darken more with stronger UV rays. To help us better understand the issue, we kindly request that you test the lenses under strong sunlight. Specifically, can you record a video showing the lens' reaction with the glasses in direct sunlight without any obstructions? If we confirm that there is a problem with the lens, we can remake it for you free of charge or give you a full refund.

Just adding this again as the company…
Just adding this again as the company removed it. AVOID!!! Do not order from this company! I never received my glasses as they added an extra line to my address so it never made it to me. When I raised this with them, they said it was delivered successfully and were not interested in helping any further even though the proof of postage image was a completely different house number. They take no responsibility for delivery. Avoid!!! If you want to order cheap glasses, I'd recommend Firmoo.
