Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered glasses from there for the first time. I have progressive lenses and entered all of my information. I know I entered it correctly. I'm an editor and I have OCD so I always check everything. Anyway, I got the glasses and when I put them on, it was like I was looking out of a fun house mirror. I couldn't see at all and everything was all slanted and they made me dizzy within seconds. Obviously the prescription is very, very wrong. One of the axis entries was incorrect and I know that I did not do that. It was so way off of what my actual axis is that I know there is absolutely no way that I put that in there the way it is on the order. Zero chance. Not only that, the whole prescription was wrong. Anyway. I couldn't see out of the top or the bottom or my peripheral. The phone number doesn't work for customer service. The emails are bull****. I just keep getting a canned reply about how I have to pay to replace the lenses and I'd have a discount on the frames and I'd have to pay for shipping. There is no way in hell I'm paying for those lenses. Again. I am so disappointed. I order from Firmoo and Zelool all the time and I have never had an issue with them. Plus, you can reach them if you need to. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced such an obvious scam and if I get one more polite email asking me if I'm going to pay to have them redone and them thanking me for my patience and understanding, I'm going to scream because I have not been patient nor understanding after the first few emails and I'm so angry that I got taken. I see a lot of other people on here have had the same experience I had, so I know it's not just me. The good reviews look fake. I am extremely unhappy with this. In all my years, I've never had such a bad experience with customer service or lack thereof. I guess I lost my money, which I definitely can't afford. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I got my third pair from Lensmart. The first two were good but the 3rd order had bent frames and temples. Customer service continues to ask for more detail and more pics. When you call the customer service number it always just reads busy as there is not an answering service. Who does that? Find another online vendor, as least that's my advice. I sent you pictures and you can easily see that the temples are not in the same position. So when you try to wear the glasses, they are crooked and on your face what is so difficult to understand? You produced an inferior product and you’re not correcting the problem. I will continue to pose a negative reviews on a daily basis and until you correct it. By the way, do your customers know that your customer service line is not functional. Regardless of the time of day you call, it just shows busy and you can’t get through. I’m beginning to think this entire company is a scam.

Very dissatisfied! I ordered my glasses and the sunglasses have not prescription in them at all. I was asked to provide a video of looking through them. I’m in Australia and Lensmart is based in the US so they took some time arriving and by then the 15 days to return them was over. I was told too bad. So here is my review. Disappointed and frustrated to pay $100 for a pair of non prescription sunglasses and also the reading glasses are not the correct prescription. I will not order again with you as your glasses are not cheap. I hope that this review helps others to understand your bad business oractices.

Just hope you don’t need to return. What a poor experience I’ve had, after receiving my glasses I was not happy with them, I reached out for a return 2 days after receiving my glasses. The customer support team has been horrible, they keep asking for me to pick a new frame, or to send pictures of my PD, I’ve provided my prescription, my PD, and all I’ve asked is to start the return processes. I would never work with this company again. I’ve had to file a complaint with PayPal because there support team just keeps going in circles, there messages don’t make any sense and they keep asking for items I’ve already provided. Beware.

These glasses are not up to specs. The script and of are off. Can use at all. Please head my warning you'll be very disappointed using this company. I'm talking my car to BBB since the product is not up to par. Special offer glasses cannot be returned or exchanged.this includes lens re-making. ANY ON SALE FRAMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. so I'm out all my money bc ordered the best lenses but ugly frames and I'm stuck with them. DON'T BUY FROM LENSMART , it's not stated in there return policy it's something they just tell you in an email. Can't out screenshot of email on this site

Horrible quality and service it took forever to get my glasses and they were incorrect. I returned and the replacement pair they cut the glass wrong so they also were incorrect. Since I didn't contact them within 15 days they won't fix/replace but did say I could have 25% off next order. What a joke!
