I haven’t purchased from them but I would rate them 100% because I have witnessed from people close to me, their self service is so friendly useable , quality and beautiful range of frames, affordable and strong, also they deliver what you have ordered, I can’t wait to do my 1st purchase with them.

First time ordering and was very happy with the quality of the glasses. They were very helpful when I reached out about a pair that I ended up not liking at all, and they let me exchange them without question. Will order form them again.

Absolutely life changing
I think this is a great service, my lenses typically run me about $300 and that's without frames included. Because of the price I tend to go years without getting new ones or even seeing an eye doctor because what's the point when I can't afford the new prescription anyways. So I end up after 2-3 years getting headaches and just dealing with it. My new ones from Lensmart were only $80 and that's with frames included. The customer service is absolutely amazing aswell and helped me so quickly when i put in my prescription wrong. I can't wait to get my new glasses in. Edit: had a small bump in the road and I basically got neurotic and thought the wrong glasses were being sent, however everything was right and the customer service double checked and they do have the right perscription! These people answering my messages need a pizza party or a bonus. They were great even when I was a mess about it.

Best price for glasses
Best price for glasses! I've been ordering from lensmart the past two years and will continue to because you can't beat the prices, cute styles, and great customer service. A pair I recently ordered looks just like a pair that I got from a big name optometry place, and the lensmart pair was 10% of the price.
