"The eyeglass lenses were perfectly made according to the prescription, and I can see very well with them. I requested the lenses in brown so I could use them as sunglasses, and the color is fantastic. If you need assistance or have any questions, the Lensmart team is very helpful and ready to assist."

I'm new to buying glasses online and I'm not certain how to order the correct frames. The frames I ordered were a bit too big. Although they were perfect lenses for my sight, I couldn't adapt to the largeness of the frames, so I asked for an exchange for a smaller pair. The customer service at Lensmart is so exceptional! Every day they were in contact with me to make sure we had the correct order, and the frames I wanted, they helped me find out how to measure the frames, and they did the exchange. Most of all, I truly appreciate the customer service. Thank you Lensmart!
