First things first,the shipping was faster than expected. Second,the packaging was amazing and arrived in good condition. Third,the glasses were exactly what I ordered and were just my size. I love the quality of the glasses and how gorgeous they look on me. I also love the constant update and communication from Lensmart,every step of the way. I have definitely had the best time with Lensmart. I appreciate!

Love the concept of being able to have…
Love the concept of being able to have prescription lenses! I find it hard nowadays to find places with good quality glasses for a affordable price but they have so many styles and from my experience, their quality is no different from other glasses I got from more expensive brands. Overall love the glasses and they fit great!

I had a very positive experience with quality and customer service
I had a very positive experience with Lensmart. I absolutely love the style and quality of the glasses I ordered. There was a misunderstanding with the prescription for one pair, but their customer service team was patient, responsive, and worked with me until we figured out exactly what had happened. They answered all of my questions, helped identify the issue, and ultimately remade my lenses at no additional cost. I really appreciated that they were willing to find a fair solution instead of leaving the issue unresolved. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the way their customer service handled everything. I would definitely order from Lensmart again and recommend them to others.

I sincerely love my Lensmart glasses…
I sincerely love my Lensmart glasses and wear them everyday as an accessory but also as I spend a lot of time working on the computer. They are so stylish and high quality I definitely recommend !
